Account access through internet banking…currently for business customers we set up an admin user who is on all account, deposit and loan, and then the admin user can set up sub-users to conduct transactions. However, what happens if after this is done, there is another account added or another loan and the admin internet banking user isn’t on this account? My FI wants to have the owners/signers of the loan or deposit account sign a form stating it is ok for the admin user to have internet access only. However, we are giving them full access to these accounts and don’t know if this is acceptable.
