I know on p. 1 of the HUD on line 903 that the homeowner’s insurance has to be listed as POC borrower, but what about on p. 3 in the comparison? Do we put the amount that was on the GFE and then no amount under the HUD column? And do we have to put POC borrower again and who it is made to in the line where it says “homeowner’s insurance”?
Generally most Banks do list the homeowner’s insurance amount (even if POC) on the Comparison Chart section. Remember that this is typically a Non-tolerance item and the amount can change an unlimited amount (keep in mind the amount on the GFE should be reasonably).
