I have a residential property in the SFHA that currently has $250,000 on it. It is owned by an LLC, is not owner occupied, has short term rentals, usually weekends sometimes a little longer. The OCC Examiner stated it is a commercial property since it is not owner occupied. I can’t find anything in the reg. that states it has to have $500,000 on it and should be considered commercial. It is not a licensed B&B. Anyone have any thoughts besides if that’s what the Examiner says that what it should be?
Thank you
