We are looking into contracting a media company to shoot a commercial, videos and shorts for social media. The media company plans to come to our grand opening of our new building and shoot coverage for the commercial. We are concerned with privacy if our customers are in the background of these commercials and videos. Do we have to get our customers approval to be in the background of the commercial or videos?

Yes, you would have to have them sign a media release to be in your video.
