When the appraisal inspection fee is listed in section A of the closing disclosure are we to put a provider name? Laser Pro does not have an Provider tab to enter a name like all the other fees but thought it may need to be typed out with the fee name.
Fees in Section A are generally paid to the creditor. If the appraisal inspection fee is paid to a non-originating creditor, such as a mortgage broker, then the description of the fee should include the name of the party to whom the fee is payable.
