Initial disclosures have already been issued on a loan. Borrower had requested to add an additional borrower. Do all early disclosures need to be reissued for the additional borrower to sign? OR can the loan just be redisclosed? Trying to determine what early disclosures are required to be signed by the additional borrower since the loan has already been disclosed. – Thank you,

In a situation involving joint applicants, the disclosure only needs to be delivered to one applicant, unless the transaction is subject to the right of rescission, in which case each applicant that has the right to rescind must receive a copy of the disclosure.
