Throughout the beginning of 2026, COMPLIANCE RESOURCE will be tackling the current state of CRA.  The series will cover each of the following topic (also available as individual webinars).

CRA requirements continue to evolve, but examiner expectations remain high. This four-part virtual series is designed to help financial institutions strengthen their CRA programs under the framework currently in effect—while proactively managing the growing intersections between CRA performance, fair lending risk, and small business data reporting in 2026.

Across four focused 90-minute sessions, participants will move from CRA fundamentals, to community development qualification and documentation, to strategies for achieving stronger CRA ratings, and finally to managing CRA alongside fair lending and Section 1071 risk. This series delivers practical guidance, examiner-ready insights, and clear strategies your institution can apply immediately.

By attending this series, participants will:

  • Understand how CRA requirements are being applied in 2026 despite regulatory changes
  • Confidently identify and document Community Development (CD) loans, investments, and services
  • Improve CRA documentation to ensure activities receive proper examiner credit
  • Learn what distinguishes Outstanding CRA performance from Satisfactory ratings
  • Recognize how CRA performance intersects with fair lending, redlining risk, and small business data reporting
  • Reduce regulatory risk by identifying potential gaps before they become examination findings
