Pam Perdue

Pam Perdue’s passion is transforming compliance burden into competitive advantage through modern mindset, methods, and technologies. As founder/co-founder of four RegTech companies, and with decades of work inside organizations ranging in size from de novo to global, and time spent as a Federal Reserve system examiner and educator, she is fortunate to have a unique, 360-degree view of the business challenges posed by operating in highly regulated environments. Her idea of fun is building compliance management systems that drive costs lower and effectiveness higher. Pam enjoys sharing my knowledge with others at technology, lending and banking conferences, symposia and compliance schools, and through advisory board seats for regtech and fintech startups.

Her academic background includes The Ohio State University, as well as professional certifications from the American Institute of Banking, the Dearborn Financial Institute, and the University of Denver securities paralegal program. She has completed the rigorous Federal Reserve System Examiner Commissioning Program and previously attained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation of the Institute of Certified Bankers. She is also a Certified E-Learning Instructional Designer with the Association of Training Development.
