Paul Nunn
Paul Nunn is the founder of Paul Nunn Training. His mission is to help develop stronger managers, improve customer service, and grow bank leaders. Paul started his career in banking and served in all areas of the organization, from the front end, as a part-time teller, to compliance and building training departments from the ground up. He understands the challenges community banks face and how important recognizing and growing talent is to the success of the organization. Paul works with community banks and credit unions to develop leaders, increase sales and referrals, and have happier, more engaged employees. He is a frequent speaker at The Financial Women in Texas event, as well as state bankers’ associations across the country. Paul is a certified coach with the International Coaching Community and an MBTI-Certified Practitioner. He lives with his wife and two children outside of Houston, TX, where he enjoys painting, gardening, tennis, and the occasional dad joke.
