Beginning January 1, 2024 FinCEN has new requirements for beneficial ownership that applies to businesses – not just Banks.  Many entities created in or registered to do business in the United States will be required to report information about their beneficial owners—the individuals who ultimately own or control a company—to FinCEN.

Her background includes managing compliance systems in complex and fast-paced environments for Banking as a Service and FinTech/Banking partnerships.
