Compliance Content Manager

COMPLIANCE RESOURCE LLC, a leader in providing regulatory compliance education and consulting services to the banks and credit unions, is seeking experienced compliance professionals with deposit, lending, and/or BSA/AML compliance expertise to serve as a Compliance Content Manager.

In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work with a team of other compliance professionals to review and update existing compliance training content, develop new compliance training materials, and assist in the creation of new and engaging compliance training.  You'll collaborate with marketing and senior management to develop new content to better ways to serve our clients.

The bulk of the work will be project based and allow for a flexible work schedule on a full or part-time basis.  Though this role does not specifically require conducting compliance trainings sessions, opportunities to conduct and lead compliance training webinars exist for those interested.

We have openings for full-time, part-time, and contract positions, all with the flexibility to work remotely.  If you have experience in bank or credit union compliance and would enjoy creating content that will help other compliance officers do their jobs better, we want to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help with the development, review, and updating of various compliance policies and procedures specific to your area of expertise.
• Assist in creating and updating compliance training materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Help develop tools, checklists, and guidance for our banks and credit union clients.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Consulting Team to address and resolve specific regulatory issues as needed.
• Periodically assist with client inquiries related to regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and team to develop new and innovative training and service offerings.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in your area of compliance expertise: Deposit, Lending and/or BSA/AML Compliance.
• Advanced degrees or certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CAFP, etc. preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory issues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into user-friendly terms and engaging training and blog content.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, given the remote nature of the job.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
