Credit & Debit card new service

    There is a Visa requirement effective October 14 of a new service feature that will alert cardholders of suspicious transactions. We have added a notice to our July & August statements alerting our customers of this new feature. Do we need to notify our cardholders that did not receive a statement in either of these months? will it suffice to put a message on our website regarding this new feature?
