I was curious as to what exactly you all have on your letters you send out to those you are prequalifying. Our new MLO manager would like to send out a letter without any other information other than the expiration date of the prequal, not even how much they have been approved for, so you can see my concern.
Even the CFPB https://www.consumerfinance.gov/askcfpb/127/Whats-the-difference-between-a-prequalification-letter-and-a-preapproval-letter.html states what it should be, so I was curious how your shops handled prequals. Thanks.
