  Q: If we do an estimate on a Closing Disclosure, do we need to disclose that it is an estimate?
  A: Yes.

  Question:
  Q: Regarding refunds, can you apply it to the loan or do you have to send it to the customer?
  A: The refund can be a check to the consumer or a credit to offset other closing costs.
