  Is the proposed rule for “charitable servicing” still out there somewhere? Are we just waiting for it to be final?

  It was finalized July 10, 2013. Here’s a link to the CFPB’s final rule with amendments: https://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/201307_cfpb_final-rule_titlexiv.pdf . See the bottom of page 44 for the charitable servicer amendment.
