Am I thinking about this correctly to determine intermediate small bank?
For 2024 the ISB threshold was $391 million at the end of 2024 our asset size was $357 million. In 2025 the threshold for ISB went up to $402 million and at the end of 2025 our asset size was $401 million.
So if I’m think right, we need to look at our asset size for Dec 2026 and if we hit this year’s threshold of $412 million then we will need to look at Dec 2027 asset size and if it is $412 million then we would become an ISB.
