Compliance Resource was founded on February 4, 2000. In its early years the company, through its principal Jack Holzknecht, a well-known provider of compliance training, provided compliance consulting services. Company growth exploded in 2011 when it formed the Compliance Masters Group to assist financial institutions in the implementation of and ongoing compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act and other new and revised laws and regulations.
