We have an affiliate bank in another state that currently does not have MLOs. We would like to start offering mortgage loans through that bank with the loans being closed and funded through our bank. The MLO would be an employee of the affiliate bank, but closing loans through us. Would the MLO register as an employee of their bank or list our bank?
