Condo/ OREO

    We have taken back a few condo units into our OREO that are in a flood zone. The RCBAP policy has just expired. The HOA has not yet renewed the RCBAP policy, it is still in the works per the agent. Is there a way we can get coverage for ourselves on just those few units? Or would an RCBAP policy have to be in place for us to have any coverage?

    This may be a question for the insurance company that your Financial Institution uses for force-placed flood insurance.
