Higher Education Loan

    If a loan purpose is for debt consolidation and college expenses but the loan is secured by real estate, Is it exempt from the requlations and disclosure requirements for Private Education Loans.

    I think you were headed in the right direction. If the loan is secured by real estate you do not need to comply with the three required disclosures associated with Private Education Loans.
