  We have determined that we are exempt from HMDA reporting due to the extremely low volume of covered loans that we originate.

  Because of this, are we also exempt from using the new Loan Application?

  It will not be required unless you have investors purchasing or funding your loans that require it. You should check into that, if applicable.
