For a state chartered non-member bank, I am trying to verify the appropriate address shwon at the bottom of the Fair Housing Act Poster. We are governed by the FDIC and according to their website, the address for their Consumer Response Center is 1100 Walnut St. Box #11.

However, the poster shown on their website shows a different address as 2345 Grand Boulevard, Suite 100.

Does anyone have any documentation to help clarify which address should be used. Thanks.

I need to know what address to use if our asset size is $10 billion and we are an FDIC bank. Do we use the address of the CFPB or the FDIC?

When reviewing and research the question, it appears that you would use the address for the FDIC as your primary Federal banking agency. (Section 338.4—Fair Housing Poster).
