(Two Flowchart Package!) The RESPA Mortgage Loan Coverage Flowchart (Servicing Rules) flowchart is used to determine if a loan meets the definition of a “mortgage loan” under the Regulation X Servicing Rules in 1024.31. This flowchart is designed to be used in conjunction with the Regulation X Early Intervention Procedures Update. With this flowchart the RESPA Coverage Flowchart will also be provided to help determine if the transaction is a federally related mortgage loan as defined in Regulation X.
