The Regulation Z Seasoned Qualified Mortgage Loan Features Checklist is an easy to use tool that helps creditors determine if they has have met the requirements to satisfy the ability-to-repay/QM rule for seasoned loans. It walks creditors through a series of questions to help determine if each requirement has been satisfied. The checklist has space for specific transaction information and the lender’s signature verifying that the institution’s ATR procedures have been followed. This checklist can serve as an effective file documentation and/or audit tool.
