The risk assessment takes into consideration circumstances and controls in place at your institution and helps identify areas where greater controls are needed. Use this in conjunction with the Regulation Z High-Cost Mortgage Pre-Loan Counseling Risk Assessment to ensure all applicable risk is evaluated.
