Description
The Regulation Z ATR/QM Higher-Priced Covered Transaction Coverage Flowchart will assist financial institution in determining if a transaction subject to the ATR/QM is a QM that is not a HPCT, which would qualify for the safe harbor presumption of compliance, or a QM that is a HPCT that would qualify for the presumption of compliance without the safe harbor.
