The Regulation Z Ability-to-Repay Options Decision Tree will assist financial institution in determining compliance options for included in the ability-to-repay and qualified mortgage rules. Each option in the decision tree points the user to apporiate ATR/QM Checklist to ensure the loan complies with the specific requirements of the respective ATR/QM compliance option.
