Tracking forms provide the framework for assigning personnel, providing accurate information, and relaying and providing information in a timely manner. The Regulation X Continuity of Contact Tracking Form identifies and tracks the requirements and actions taken in accordance with §1024.40 for continuity of contact for borrowers with delinquent mortgage loans.
