FEMA FINALLY RELEASES THE REVISED SFHDF

On September 30, 2021, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) released the revised Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF). The previous version of the form expired on October 31, 2018. The revised form is difficult to open. It requires the most current version of Adobe or similar software.

STERN REMINDER OF THE END OF LIBOR

On October 5, 2021, Federal Reserve Board Vice Chair for Supervision Randal K.
